John Walter Edelin Sr., 1876-1952 son of George and Amelia Edelin m. 1902 Mary Elizabeth Cox 1876-1924, dau. of Sarah and Tarquin Napoleon Cox. Both were born and lived in DC but after Mary's death the family moved to Lyon Village, Arlington County, Virginia.

  2. Mary Elizabeth Edelin (Betsy) 1903-1984 m. Claude Alexander Ezell ("Easy") 1903-1960. Divorced, no children.
  3. John Walter Edelin Jr. m. Elsie Burkholder Mackey. 1 son, John Walter Edelin III
  4. Helen Nora Edelin b. 1916 m. Howard Fairfax Crouch 1912-1954
