U.S. Tax Code in Cross-Referencing, Searchable Hypertext from Switzerland. January 1994 edition, still going strong at the end of 2000. The editor explains that it is "parsed" with "heuristics" and "kludges" and "a vast armamentarium of dirty tricks," just like the regular tax code. Kept in Switzerland's renowned "Ant Lab" along with a similarly situated U.S. Immigration Code. Also remember that you can use the "go back" button or the "Navigation History" feature, or make bookmarks or hotlist entries, etc., but also remember that in some browsing programs you have to save your hotlist items before your session ends -- and your session may end at any time by random disconnection or screen freezup! Once the session is over, the "session history" and go-back won't help you either.
