I am looking for information about a "Bill" Crouch,
possibly William or Guillaume as first name. He was
from Belgium, son of a family connectd with the linen
trade. He studied in Methodist college in Belfast
before the second world war. His family may have fled
Belgium at the outbreak of the war and moved to
Canada.

I should add that Joseph's parents could
have originated in Germany, but I haven't heard anything tying them to
England. For some reason there is also a hush, hush associated with the
Russian Crouchs which is why I'm having so much trouble finding info. I
received an email from a lady researching Krouch (with a K) and she was
told
by an older generation Krouch that his parents had told him that under no
circumstances was he to research the family history. This only makes me
more curious! So, by all means, post the message and email- any information
would be sooo appreciated!!! Thanks!!! Melissa
