FARM

The Farm was one of the first true little people sets, and continued production throughout the life of the Little People line. The Barn pictured is a late model, with a plastic base and doors. Earlier models had pressed wood floors and doors. Opening the door causes the barn to emit that soothing "MOOOOO" sound, so familiar to all of us from our childhood. The Barn came with a cardboard silo, with metal base and plastic top, and various assorted people and animals. Among the animals were a sheep, a horse, a cow, a four-legged dog, a pig, and a rooster and chicken. The Farmer with a tractor and trailer, four fence pieces, a trough, and Little People to round out a family also came with this set.
