Introduction
Marvin Kagan Architect and Associates, P.C. was formed in 1988 by two principals,
Marvin B. Kagan and
Gordon B. Sims III.
Both are licensed architects in several states across the country and are
members of the
American Institute of Architects (AIA).
The foundation of this firm consists of over 45 years of combined experience
in the many facets of the practice of architecture in both the private and
public sectors.
Kagan-Sims provides architectural design and
space planning services to our clients in an efficient and professional
manner, tailoring these services to specific client needs. We develop
a close relationship with our clients, allowing us to create a unique
solution for each project. The client remains critical to the creative
design process. Our wide range of technical resources and attention to
structural details results in solid construction.
