This page is mostly just to clarify abbreviations used elsewhere in this web (since you might not have the components close to hand), and to provide a standard reference for PBEM games.

Beginners: Don't get alarmed at the number of abbreviations. No single game uses all of them. And most of these are unit types, which are somewhat redundant in play, because when you look at a "CH" unit it's got a little picture of a chariot...
